Rob Hesse has over twelve years of experience conducting environmental site assessments, hydrogeological investigations, and soil and groundwater remediation projects. Mr. Hesse is an expert in data acquisition, environmental database management, drafting, geographic information systems (GIS), and development of proprientary software applications for complex environmental projects. Mr. Hesse manages environmental assessment, site investigations, database management, and GIS mapping projects for the firm.

Mr. Hesse is a registered geologist and registered environmental assessor in California and has completed site assessments and investigations at a wide variety of light and heavy industrial facilities, including aerospace facilities, machining and manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, oil fields, commercial developments, and agricultural properties. Mr. Hesse has extensive experience in site assessment and the evaluation and characterization of sites with extensive former industrial land use history and complex environmental issues. Mr. Hesse has conducted assessments and remedial investigations of properties contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, dioxins, pesticides, perchlorate, explosives, and a variety of other hazardous materials. Mr. Hesse draws from experience ranging from Superfund and RCRA site investigations to complex property transaction evaluations and litigation support projects.

Mr. Hesse has participated in numerous environmental litigation projects as a consulting expert and has prepared a wide variety of reports, presentations, and graphical exhibits for litigation planning, in support of expert witnesses, and for trials. Mr. Hesse has technical expertise in the preparation of trial exhibits and advanced graphics for litigation that include presentations in the form of projected images, displays, drawings, maps, three-dimensional models, and computer animations. Mr. Hesse is an expert in the preparation of computer animations for trial using high-end portable computer workstations and animation software.
